"I used TSI to move a heavy reclining couch, reclining chair, heavy This Ends Up dresser, and full sized bed from Newport, RI, to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. The pickup was flawless from a U-Haul storage room, on time, and with professional individuals. The movers brought the furniture up to the 2nd floor apartment, no problem, and there was NO damage. I would recommend this company to anyone. Not only did they speak to me on the phone at least a dozen times answering my questions, along with quotes, but they were rapid to answer the phone, and were professional in their advice. So, I found TSI's work well done. The cost was appx $1000 and well spent."

They ran into some truck trouble in Roseburg but called me every hour to update me and brought my very heavy furniture down into my basement---very narrow staircase, I still don't know how they did it---and everything looks great. I want to mention how obvious it was that these guys were upset at the truck repair delay, and they did keep me well updated, I was pretty impressed by that.
