Affiliate Program
Rules, terms & conditions
This agreement between Transit Systems, Inc. and you (hereafter known as affiliate or said affiliate) can be canceled at any time with no consequences to either party. The following conditions are applied:Payment for Leads
Transit Systems, Inc. agrees to pay said affiliate for clickthroughs and/or price quote requests and/or phone calls generated through the Transit Systems, Inc. web site from traffic coming from the affiliate web site.
Terms of Payment
Affiliate will be paid monthly during the program period. Payments will be mailed in or near the first week of each month. A minimum payment threshold of $25.00 will apply. Transit Systems, Inc. makes no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of traffic for any advertisement.
Renewal
This agreement is set forth until either party notifies the other via written notification.
No Assignment or Resale of Ad Space
Affiliate may not resell, assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder, and any attempt to resell, assign or transfer such right shall result in immediate termination of this contract without liability to Transit Systems, Inc.
No spamming
Anyone caught spamming will have their account balance forfeited. This includes spamming by any forms or methods.
No cheating
Anyone caught cheating by generating phony clicks or submitting phony leads will have their account balance forfeited. We monitor all incoming traffic on our website. Any suspicious activity will be flagged for review. Transit Systems will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes suspicious activity. Payment will be made only for leads coming directly from the Affiliate's web site.
The content on the affiliated sites must not contain any violence, discrimination, hatred, software piracy, illegal activity, or sexually explicit material.
We reserve the right to refuse any affiliate at any point in time. We also reserve the right to terminate and deny payment to an affiliate account we suspect of cheating.
Agreement Acknowledgment
There are no binding signatures required by the affiliate party. This documentation is for said affiliate's protection and knowledge.
